Key Responsibilities:
- Unjamming boxes on the conveyor line while maintaining safety standards.
- Rotate through multiple logistics functions, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Use material handling equipment to support daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Replenish workstations with necessary supplies and materials.
- Meet daily standards for performance, quality, safety, and productivity.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to help the team achieve operational goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a distribution center environment with potential exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and varying conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and follow instructions clearly and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Basic computer and clerical skills for data entry.
- Ability to work effectively with team members and communicate efficiently.
