This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and improving production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. You will work closely with various departments and must be comfortable performing mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance across a wide range of manufacturing systems.
Key Responsibilities:

-
Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and preventative maintenance activities.

Participate in occasional on-call duties and flexible shift hours as needed.

3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
-
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, and piping schematics.
-
Team-oriented with good communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
-
Self-motivated, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience working with CNC machines, cross-cut saws, welders, conveyors, shrink wrap systems, and pneumatic equipment.
-
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and equipment operation.
-
Engineering background and/or trade certifications are a strong plus.
-
Exposure to PLC systems is a plus (but this is not a programming-focused role).
-
Skills in HVAC, welding, pipefitting, machining, or general construction are advantageous.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital documentation tools.
-
Ability to review and red-line technical schematics for maintenance use.
What We’re Looking For:
This role requires a true hands-on Maintenance Technician who is adaptable, reliable, and skilled in supporting complex mechanical systems. You’ll work closely with all departments, so a collaborative mindset and a strong cultural fit are essential. We’re not looking for a programming-focused technician — this is a well-rounded, mechanical role that plays a vital part in our daily operations.
Apply today to join a dedicated team focused on reliability, innovation, and quality in industrial manufacturing.
