Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in inventory management.
- Knowledge in cycle counting.
- Proficiency in operating a reach truck and cherry picker.
- Computer literacy.
- 2 years of forklift operation experience.
- 1 year of IC (Inventory Control) experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Managing physical inventory, including cycle counting and quality checks.
- Handling replenishments for outbound logistics.
- Performing inbound and outbound quality control.
- Conducting daily cycle counts and managing discrepancies.
- Handling damages and making necessary system adjustments.
- Investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Utilizing reach trucks and cherry pickers.
- Operating in a business-to-business warehouse, dealing with full skids rather than individual items.
- Overseeing inventory accuracy to ensure physical stock matches system records.
- Performing comprehensive cycle counts and physical-to-system location matching.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive in identifying discrepancies, and capable of both physical labor and detailed investigative work related to inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
