We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Clerk (Night Warehouse Clerk) to join our team in Bensenville, IL (60106). In this warehouse-support role, you will perform various clerical duties to assist night operations and logistics, including processing documentation, updating reports, and supporting the warehouse and transportation teams. Job Details:

Position: Operations Clerk (Night Warehouse Clerk)
Location: Bensenville, Illinois 60106
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Worksite: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare documentation such as inbound forms, discrepancy reports, stock claims, and delivery logs


  • Support warehouse and transportation teams by maintaining spreadsheets, charts, and performance metrics


  • Respond to general inquiries from internal teams and ensure timely data entry for operational reporting


  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and initiate purchase orders as needed


  • May require occasional work in warehouse environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of clerical or administrative experience required


  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution business preferred

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills


  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and support cross-functional teams


  • Familiarity with DOT Hours of Service Regulations and logistics systems (preferred but not required)
