Now Hiring: Sales Representative
Location: Bristol, CT
Compensation: Base Salary $24-$28/hr + 5% Uncapped Commission
As we enter a period of aggressive growth, we’re looking for high-energy sales professionals ready to hit the ground running, build strong client relationships, and close deals.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B packaging accounts across industries (luxury goods, electronics, e-commerce, etc.)
- Conduct in-person sales using a company-provided sample kit
- Leverage our reputation, superior design capabilities, and eco-friendly solutions to open doors and secure long-term business
- Work closely with our design and operations teams to develop custom packaging proposals tailored to client needs
- Attend trade shows, client visits, and product demos as needed
- Maintain and grow a sales pipeline using CRM tools and aggressive appointment-setting strategies
- Deliver weekly reports and hit sales goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (packaging, printing, manufacturing, or related industry preferred)
- A true hunter mentality – motivated by closing deals and growing book of business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel locally with a hands-on sales approach (van & sample kits provided)
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools to manage leads and track progress
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
