Job Opportunity: Retail Associate at Floral Shop in Honolulu
Position: Guest Service Associate (Floor/Phone Center)
Location: Honolulu, HI
Schedule: Mon-Sat, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Sunday & one weekday off)
Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hour
Job Summary:
Join Kelly Services, promoting the Spirit of Aloha in a premier floral shop. Seeking three enthusiastic associates to deliver outstanding customer service with collaboration and learning commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored product suggestions engagingly.
- Process sales and wrap merchandise efficiently.
- Address communications within two hours.
- Handle order fulfillment and inventory checks.
- Solicit new business and maintain customer database.
- Arrange floral displays and maintain store cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient with computers and eager to learn about plants.
- Strong communication and basic math skills.
- Professional appearance required; tattoos must be covered.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and withstand low temperatures.
- Background check and drug test required.
