2nd Shift High Reach Operator Warehouse Associate
Location: Hutchins, TX
Pay: $21.35/hr
Schedule: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Our client in Hutchins, TX is seeking experienced High Reach Operators for the 2nd shift at their busy distribution facility. This role offers a great opportunity for long-term employment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate high reach equipment to load, unload, move, and stage materials (80% of shift)

Pull and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring product accuracy

Check all inbound and outbound products for damage, count, and labeling accuracy

Record inventory and maintain equipment logs

Perform daily inspections of high reach equipment

Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards

Support inventory counts and assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned
Why You’d Be a Great Fit:

At least 6 months of warehouse and high reach equipment experience preferred
-
Ability to complete high reach training within 30 days if not already certified

Comfortable operating powered equipment for extended periods
-
Good attention to detail, communication skills, and safety awareness

Dependable and able to work 2nd shift consistently
