Our client, a leader in the document management industry, is hiring a Document Quality Control Inspector to join their production team in Wichita, KS.


Schedule & Pay

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM


  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour


  • Length: Aug 1st-Dec 31st


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review scanned documents image-by-image for clarity and accuracy


  • Flag low-quality or incomplete scans and ensure rescans are completed


  • Verify that files are indexed and named correctly in the system


  • Identify trends in scanning errors and suggest process improvements


  • Collaborate with scanning staff and team leads to resolve issues


  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and data security standards


  • Meet productivity and accuracy goals consistently


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED


  • Experience in document scanning or quality control (preferred)


  • Strong attention to detail and focus


  • Comfortable using basic computer applications and digital file systems


  • Able to stay focused through repetitive tasks


  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or on a team
