• Integrate Systems – Lead integration across fluidics, biochemical assays, and instrument workflows

• Run Experiments – Execute complex testing in BSL-2 labs and engineering environments

• Analyze & Troubleshoot – Use data to drive innovation and resolve system-level issues

• Build Protocols – Create and optimize protocols for PCR, liquid handling, and biochem workflows

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with scientists, engineers, and systems teams to improve usability and design

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in diagnostics, life sciences, or medical devices with strong wet lab experience

• Solid grasp of how assays function within broader systems

• Proficient in PCR and molecular diagnostic principles

• Comfortable with statistical tools, Excel, and custom analysis software

Ideal Background

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or Molecular Biology

• Hands-on experience with integrated diagnostic systems in early-stage R&D

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot with changing project needs

You’ll Fit Right In If You’re…

• A self-motivated problem solver who takes initiative

• Flexible and agile in high-speed environments

• Mission-driven and excited to work on something that truly matters

Why Join This Team?

You won’t just contribute, you’ll help define the future of diagnostic systems. This team thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and engineering-first problem solving. You’ll work closely with innovators pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in biotech, with the backing of a company that invests in people and big ideas.
