Kelly Now Hiring Pick/Pack Workers-Stafford, VA

Summary:

  • Role: Safely and accurately fill customer orders.

  • Tasks: Pick and replenish products using pick sheets or handheld computers.

Primary Duties:

  • Pick and ship customer orders accurately.

  • Count and manage inventory.

  • Move orders to shipping using basic equipment.

  • Help with physical inventories.

  • Keep the work area clean and safe.

  • Other tasks as needed.

Key Relationships:

  • Peers: Collaborate for warehouse tasks.

  • Group Coord Lead: Receive assignments and training.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Experience: Up to 12 months in a warehouse (preferred but not required)

  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Follow instructions and safety rules.

  • Perform simple math.

  • Use inventory control equipment.

Working Conditions:

  • Weight: Lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Activities:

  • Rarely sitting.

  • Occasionally pushing, pulling, lifting.

  • Frequently walking.

  • Constant standing and equipment operation.


  • Environment: Indoor and climate controlled work

  • Safety: Requires mandatory wearing of a high visibility vest
