Job Specifications:
– Job Type: Full-Time
– Location: Bellevue, WA
– Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr DOE
– Shift: 7:00 am-3:00 pm or 3:00 pm-11:00 pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Receive, evaluate, and determine the prep-level of documents to be scanned.
– Make suggestions regarding file naming and folder structure based on documents received.
– Prepare documents by removing staples, post-it notes, flags, and binding materials for scanning.
– Create an index of documents to establish a meaningful digital folder structure for clients.
– Scan small and large format documents using various production scanning equipment.
– Process scanned documents to meet client requirements for quality, file size, and text-searchability.
– Perform quality control checks to ensure all documents are scanned legibly and completely.
– Transmit finished products to clients via upload link, USB, or other means.
– Organize and enhance your work area to boost productivity.
– Work overtime as necessary to meet client expectations.
– Assist in other departments and support customer service by answering phones and taking messages.
Qualifications & Skills:
– High School Diploma or Equivalent.
– 1-2 years of experience in scanning, document handling, reprographics, or printing.
– 1-2 years of experience in data entry, file handling, or document management.
– Effective communication skills with customers and co-workers.
– Proficient in Acrobat, Bluebeam, or other PDF software.
– Familiarity with MS Software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
– Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate new software with minimal training.
– Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality and accuracy.
– A proactive attitude with a desire for continuous improvement and learning.
