We’re looking to interview and hire immediately! Kelly Services is seeking a skilled part time Mfg Equipment Facilities Technician, for a well branded manufacturing customer in Myerstown PA.  This position has flexing hours, 25 – 35+ hours/week, Monday – Friday, during the hours of 3:00pm – 10:30pm, and Pay Rate $25 – 27/HR.

Location: Myerstown, PA

Position: Part Time (25 – 35+ hours/week)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, available 2nd Shift hours: 3pm – 10pm.

Pay Rate: $25 – 27/HR

Position: Contractor, Contingent

Time to Fill: ASAP

Job Duties “At-a-Glance”:

  • Comply with standards and safety procedures, Lockout Tagout, cGMPs, OSHA, SOPs reports

  • Maintain clean work area and participate in safety improvement projects

  • Execute work orders, and provide technical equipment support

  • Perform preventive, routine, and non-routine maintenance to meet scheduled completion PM dates

  • Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for services and support as needed

  • Assist Engineers with installation and operational qualifications (IQ/OQ), site capital projects, testing and troubleshooting equipment and designs

  • Assist with installing, debugging control system projects and drive systems

Requirements for the role:

  • An earned technical Associates Degree or current collegiate enrollment towards an AS degree in technical studies or High School diploma/GED and 2 years of proven technical manufacturing equipment facilities experience

  • 5 years’ experience with PLCs, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronics, fabrication maintenance

  • Skilled experience to read, write, interpret, comprehend and follow technical documents and diagrams

  • Direct experience understanding equipment manuals, blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematics, operator manuals, work instructions, and SOPs

  • Electro-mechanical systems knowledge with gear ratios, power transmission, machine timing, electrical/electronic systems, lubrications, and maintenance, changeover of machine lines
