What’s a typical day as an Assistant Program Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Registering new suppliers in systems like SAP, OnBase, and Ariba SLP


  • Checking supplier information for accuracy, including tax, banking, and employment data


  • Resolving registration issues and providing guidance and training to suppliers as needed


  • Ensuring compliance with IRS and other governmental reporting requirements


  • Supporting Shared Services team members by covering for vacations, absences, or balancing workloads through cross-training


  • Maintaining strict adherence to controls to prevent fraud and ensure timely supplier payments

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required


  • Experience working independently and as part of a team


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA
