- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Redmond WA
- Pay Rate: $22.80/hr
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform in-house servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs of company products using established procedures.
- Conduct basic testing, calibration, and maintenance of repaired items.
- Accurately log repairs and updates in internal systems and service databases.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and reports on product failures, trends, and serviceability issues.
- Assist with inventory tracking, parts ordering, and administrative coordination within the repair center.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Support communication between technical teams and field technicians (no direct customer contact required).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly organized and dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage both technical and administrative duties with efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic technical aptitude gained through education, training, or hands-on experience.
- Proficient in using computers and software
- Strong documentation and data entry skills.
- Ability to follow standard procedures and safety protocols
- Experience in a repair, production, or technical support environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with service ticketing or inventory systems is helpful.
- Basic understanding of electronics, hardware, or mechanical components
