Maintenance Supervisor

  • Hazleton, PA

  • Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Warehouse Operations

  • Direct Hire

  • $33–$36/hour

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Support Technician to assist with facility upkeep, equipment repairs, vendor coordination, and safety compliance across multiple warehouse locations. This hands-on role supports AIB and OSHA standards and works closely with contract mechanics and the Safety Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform routine maintenance on forklifts and facility equipment


  • Supervise maintenance efforts across multiple buildings


  • Support AIB/Organic audits and safety trainings


  • Respond to after-hours emergencies and support flexible scheduling


  • Maintain logs, conduct safety checks, and assess facility damages

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in maintenance, mechanical repair, or appliance repair


  • Knowledge of OSHA, AIB audits, and forklift operation


  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for inter-site travel


  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
