  • Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Warehouse Operations

  • Direct Hire

  • $33–$36/hour

Our client is seeking a hands-on Facilities Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance, equipment repairs, vendor coordination, and safety compliance across multiple warehouse locations. This role is essential in maintaining AIB and OSHA standards while promoting a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on forklifts, warehouse equipment, and building systems


  • Coordinate with vendors and contract mechanics for timely repairs


  • Support and prepare for AIB and Organic audits


  • Conduct safety training and maintain accurate compliance logs


  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed


  • Travel between locations (must have reliable transportation)


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, food safety, mechanical repair, and forklift operations


  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and AIB/Organic audit requirements


  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general computer use


  • Hands-on experience with: sit-down, reach, walkie rider, clamp, cherry picker, and scissor lifts


  • High School Diploma or GED required
