Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring for Experienced or Entry level Household Appliance Assemblers for a leading manufacturer of household appliances, specializing in electric and gas ovens, washer and dryers, vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, and more in Springfield, Tennessee.
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 3:00 am – 3:30 pm
- 2nd Shift: 12:00 pm – 11:30 pm
- Must be able to work anytime during the shift hours you select
Hourly Rate:
- 1st Shift: $18/hr
- 2nd Shift: $21/hr
Job Description:
As a Household Appliance Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various household appliances according to company specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Household Appliance Assembler Responsibilities:
– Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently to ensure product integrity.
- Perform quality inspections to identify any defects or malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Household Appliance Assembler Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
