At Kelly® Professional & Industrial we’re seeking candidates for shipping and receiving to assist in selecting and preparing items for shipment and palletizing finished goods. (subject to working in multiple departments based on need)
Kelly is currently hiring Order Process Operators (warehouse associate) for the distribution department of a local cosmetics company in Sanford, NC.
Schedule:
1st shift: 7:00am 3:30pm Monday through Friday
Schedule is subject to change based on customer needs and may include daily overtime and Saturday work until 4pm.

What’s a typical day:
• Lifting boxes up to 35 pounds and utilizing RF scanners to accurately process orders.
• Palletizing broken cases, full cases, bulk, dock, or return orders using standardized processes.
• Picking and packing orders efficiently to meet or exceed established KPI goals.
