Kelly Services is in need of a Material Handler located in Bear, DE!
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join a dynamic team that supports the delivery, setup, and maintenance of industrial rental equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Material Handler
Location: Bear, DE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Assignment Length: Late August through end of October (with possible extension)
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with deliveries and setup of rental equipment and systems
-
Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently
-
Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is in safe, working condition

Operate forklifts to move and organize materials
-
Maintain stock inventory and assist with Depot stock management
-
Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe
-
Communicate professionally with team members, subcontractors, and customers
-
Perform other general support duties as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver’s license required
-
Forklift certification is a plus
-
EPA License is a plus, but not required
-
Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
-
Comfortable using basic hand tools
-
Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
-
Must follow all safety policies and procedures (EH&S)

Ability to work with minimal supervision
-
Willingness to work overtime or on-call as needed
