Kelly Services is in need of a Material Handler located in Bear, DE!

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join a dynamic team that supports the delivery, setup, and maintenance of industrial rental equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Material Handler
Location: Bear, DE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Assignment Length: Late August through end of October (with possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with deliveries and setup of rental equipment and systems

  
  

• Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently

  
  

• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is in safe, working condition

  
  

• Operate forklifts to move and organize materials

  
  

• Maintain stock inventory and assist with Depot stock management

  
  

• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe

  
  

• Communicate professionally with team members, subcontractors, and customers

  
  

• Perform other general support duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

  
  

• Valid driver’s license required

  
  

• Forklift certification is a plus

  
  

• EPA License is a plus, but not required

  
  

• Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs

  
  

• Comfortable using basic hand tools

  
  

• Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills

  
  

• Must follow all safety policies and procedures (EH&S)

  
  

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

  
  

• Willingness to work overtime or on-call as needed
