Position Title: Regeneration Operator
Location: St. Peters, MO
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $20 per hour
Job Summary:
The Regeneration Operator is responsible for regenerating resin and preparing mobile water treatment equipment for field deployment. This role involves performing quality control checks, logging import and export of resin, and ensuring equipment is ready for transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Resin Regeneration: Regenerate resin and prepare mobile water treatment equipment for use in the field.
Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on mobile equipment before dispatch to ensure all standards are met.
Log Management: Accurately log the import and export of resin for mobile water units, ensuring all records are maintained correctly.
Basic Arithmetic: Utilize basic addition and subtraction skills for related tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of resin regeneration processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations (addition and subtraction).
Good record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation Review: Eligible for a raise after 90 days, with potential to convert to up to $24 per hour.
