This job post is for an Administrative Assistant – Receptionist position located in Alpharetta, GA. The key responsibilities and skills required include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, manage visitor access, and ensure the reception area is presentable.
- Coordination: Direct visitors, coordinate front-desk activities, and manage phone calls.
- Security and Safety: Maintain office security through procedures, control access, and distribute visitor badges.
- Scheduling and Administrative Support: Update calendars, schedule meetings, perform office administrative tasks, and handle office supply orders.
Skills Required:
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Organizational Ability: Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Customer Service: A positive attitude towards customer service and the ability to handle issues proactively.
Additional Details:
- Compensation: $20-$25/hr based on experience.
- Work Schedule: Flexible, with options from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
The role emphasizes a pleasant personality, multitasking ability, and stress management as key to success in the position. SAP experience is preferred but not required.
