Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time, Temporary, 1-3months
- Location: Smithfield, VA
- Pay: $22-$25/hr
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound phone screens for candidates who apply to open production and hourly roles

Evaluate candidates’ fit based on job requirements and coordinate next steps in the hiring process

Collaborate with site HR teams and hiring managers across multiple locations

Support data entry and reporting efforts using the Microsoft Office Suite
-
Work in or alongside the Workday applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate flow (preferred but not required)
Qualifications
-
1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring experience

Strong phone presence and ability to conduct consistent outreach and screening throughout the day

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Experience with Workday ATS is a strong plus

Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred (required for top pay range)
