Pay Rate:$17.00/hr
Hours: 8:00am – 4:45pm Mon-Fri (OT available)
What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Team Lead/Trainer? You’ll be:
• Assisting in the development of technical training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and e-learning courses.
• Delivering engaging training sessions to manufacturing, warehouse, and quality personnel.
• Supporting live training sessions and monitoring their effectiveness while collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have hands-on manufacturing experience and a working knowledge of manufacturing process flow.
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Are an active listener, attentive to understanding potential training gaps and opportunities.
