Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$50-60K per year

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Receiving customer orders, reviewing documentation, entering orders, and emailing customers with answers to questions and/or with order acknowledgements.
• Collaborating with the Production Manager to expedite customer orders and support the Sales team with ongoing communication regarding order-related inquiries.
• Coordinating new customer setups, including obtaining credit approval from the Accounting Department and keeping accurate records of customer interactions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have hands-on experience with online CRM systems; familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Possess excellent computer skills, particularly with the MS Office suite, and have experience with ERP systems; Sage50 experience is a plus.
• Hold an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college, or have four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
