Full-Time | $16.00 – $22.00/hour | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | Weekly Pay

Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

  • 1st Shift Alt: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

  • 1st Shift Alt 2: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Thurs)???????

  • 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Mon–Thurs)

  • 2nd Shift Alt: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Mon–Thurs)

We are currently hiring full-time Production & Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Clifton Springs, NY. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with small components in a clean and organized environment. Ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for long-term stability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble small to medium-sized parts using hand and power tools

  • Read and follow instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to complete tasks

  • Inspect and test parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high attention to detail and quality

  • Participate in process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly

  • Ability to read basic technical drawings and use measuring instruments

  • Comfortable working with mechanical or electrical components

  • Strong attendance and commitment to safety and teamwork
