Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
  

• 1st Shift Alt: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
  

• 1st Shift Alt 2: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Thurs)
  

• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Mon–Thurs)
  

• 2nd Shift Alt: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Mon–Thurs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect a variety of metal and electro-mechanical components to verify conformance with specifications
  

• Use precision measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, comparators, and microscopes
  

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using blueprints and technical drawings
  

• Record measurements, track non-conformances, and maintain quality documentation in ERP systems
  

• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve quality concerns
  

• Ensure customer requirements and traceability standards are consistently met

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of quality inspection in a manufacturing or machining environment preferred
  

• Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and SPC (Statistical Process Control)
  

• Experience with ERP systems and electronic quality logs (e.g., Syteline)
  

• Ability to write clear rejection reports and maintain documentation for customer audits
  

• Solid math, problem-solving, and communication skills
  

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods
