Now Hiring: Food Production Packers – Penn Yan, NY
Temp-to-Hire | $18.75–$19.25/hr | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Join a trusted food manufacturing company in Penn Yan, NY that values teamwork, consistency, and opportunity for growth. We’re looking for Food Production Packers to support daily production and packaging in a clean, fast-paced environment.
Shifts Available (Rotating Schedule):
- Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Never work more than 3 days in a row! Enjoy 3-day weekends every other week!
Pay Rate:
- $18.75/hr – Day Shift
- $19.25/hr – Night Shift
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Load materials into machines and equipment
- Operate labelers, ink-jet printers, box erectors, and case packers
- Manually stack finished goods and move pallets using pallet jacks
- Perform routine cleaning of equipment and surrounding work areas
- Follow quality and safety standards in all tasks
- Assist team members and support various production needs as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods
- Solid communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus—but not required
