Machine Operator – B & C Shift
Location: Rochester, NY
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $17.50 – $21.00/hour (based on experience & shift)

Available Shifts:

  • B Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

  • C Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

We’re hiring Machine Operators for a precision manufacturing company in Rochester, NY. This role is ideal for candidates with experience operating production machinery in industries like aerospace, optics, or medical device manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery to manufacture components to exact specifications

  • Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments

  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality

  • Record production data accurately and follow written instructions

  • Assist with basic machine maintenance and report mechanical issues

  • Follow safety and cleanroom procedures consistently

  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience operating manufacturing or industrial equipment preferred

  • Familiar with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

  • Able to interpret basic blueprints or work instructions

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
