Sales Manager – (Madison, WI)
Salary: 130K
Onsite M-F
This strategic leadership role is focused on driving growth within the municipal water and wastewater market. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies
- Managing a team through territory planning, sales calls, and customer relationship building
- Collaborating cross-functionally to shape market initiatives and deliver innovative solutions
- Managing the Salesforce pipeline and identifying new growth opportunities
- Leading training sessions and representing mechanical, pump, and hydraulic product lines at trade show.

- Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience and a 4-year degree in a related field is preferred.
- Be familiar with Salesforce.
- Demonstrate a hands-on leadership style and be willing to coach, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed targets, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and success.
- Have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, technical product knowledge of pumps, pump systems, hydraulics, etc.
- Be familiar with industry regulations and public bidding processes.
- Possess the ability to engage customers through training sessions, tradeshows, and industry events.
