Materials Coordinator
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Are you detail-oriented and experienced in materials coordination or supply chain operations? Join a dynamic team where your skills in planning and logistics can make a measurable impact. We’re currently hiring a Materials Coordinator for a key role in supporting manufacturing and procurement operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor the inbound movement of materials from suppliers
- Determine material requirements to support production goals
- Coordinate materials flow with purchasing, production, and engineering teams
- Track inventory levels and ensure on-time material availability
- Develop specifications for new contract and procurement orders
- Follow well-defined procedures and routines within supply chain operations
- Utilize ERP systems and internal databases to update and monitor material status
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in materials coordination, supply chain, or logistics
- SAP experience required
- Familiarity with inventory planning and procurement processes
- Basic understanding of production schedules and material flow
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work within clearly defined guidelines and procedures
- Comfortable collaborating across departments (e.g., production, purchasing, engineering)
