Looking to grow your manufacturing career with a company that values strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team mindset? Polaris is hiring Machine Operators for our 1st shift in Monticello, MN!

Machine Operator
1st shift Monday–Thursday | 6:00am to 4:30pm
Pay $19.00 hour 
Paid Weekly
Temp to perm opportuinty
Fridays Off!

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently


  • Load parts and verify settings by measuring first-run and sample parts


  • Maintain production targets for cycle time, quality, and quantity


  • Use hand tools like calipers, micrometers, and inspection gauges


  • Ensure part quality through in-process inspections


  • Assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions when needed


  • Accurately complete inspection paperwork (IP sheets)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges)


  • Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting


  • Familiarity with blueprints and mechanical drawings


  • 1+ year of CNC experience is a plus, but not required

  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds & stand on your feet for 10 hours

  • High school diploma or GED


  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

What Polaris Monticello Produces & Manufactures

The facility manufactures high-precision parts for Polaris products — particularly motorcycle crankcases, heads, and pivot tubes. Team members support operations such as die casting, machining, assembly, and quality inspection to ensure our parts meet the highest standards..
