Machine Operator
1st shift Monday–Thursday | 6:00am to 4:30pm
Pay $19.00 hour
Paid Weekly
Temp to perm opportuinty
Fridays Off!
What You’ll Do:
-
Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently
-
Load parts and verify settings by measuring first-run and sample parts
-
Maintain production targets for cycle time, quality, and quantity
-
Use hand tools like calipers, micrometers, and inspection gauges
-
Ensure part quality through in-process inspections
-
Assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions when needed
-
Accurately complete inspection paperwork (IP sheets)
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
-
Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting
-
Familiarity with blueprints and mechanical drawings
- 1+ year of CNC experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds & stand on your feet for 10 hours

High school diploma or GED
-
Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
