Schedule/payrate:

  • 12-hour Night Shifts with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule working from 6:45pm to 6:45am

  • Pay: $16.50 with $1.50/hr. incentive pay on Saturday and Sunday shifts, Making it 18.00/hr. on weekends!!

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Associate? You’ll be: Performing various operations in the fabrication of eye lenses according to production specifications and standards.

  • lens molding, machining, lens polishing, finished production inspections, and primary packaging

  • Quality inspection

  • Assisting in training manufacturing associates

  • Reporting unusual conditions and problems to supervisor and manufacturing lead

  • Practicing good housekeeping

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

  • Have 1+ years of manufacturing or related experience, Assembly, Production, Inspection

  • Have Eye Lens manufacturing experience (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Have knowledge of clean-rooms specific to proper clean-room behavior (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Ability to work 12-hours Night Shift
