On behalf of a renowned gourmet chocolate manufacturer, Kelly Services is hiring an experienced Contract Recruiting Assistant to join their energetic HR team. This is contract role which will run through the end of November.
$30.00 Per Hour
Flexible 25-hour work week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System to view applications and search for candidates
- Post internal job postings
- Attend local job fairs
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Extend offers
- Conduct references and background screens
- Implement onboarding process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communications
- Experience with Success Factors, is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Outlook, Work, Excel)
