Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
Pay: $14/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into various computer systems and databases.
- Verify and correct data as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Update and maintain database records regularly.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Analyze data for errors and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed timely.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
