Calling All Machine Operators! Mounter Operator Wanted in Rochester, NY!
Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for print and packaging? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact the final product? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Mounter Operator!
What You’ll Do:
- Become a master of your machine: setup, operation, monitoring, and preventative maintenance – you’ll do it all!
- Ensure top-notch productivity and quality by meticulously following job tickets and identifying any printing defects.
- Keep your workspace clean and safe, and proactively address any machine or safety issues.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and be ready to use your hands and feet to operate the machine.
What You’ll Bring:
- A strong understanding of the print and packaging industries.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience with laminating is a HUGE plus!

Shift Details:
- A-Shift: Typically runs from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm EST
- B-Shift: Runs from 3:30 pm – 12:00 am EST
- Note: New B-Shift hires will generally train on A-Shift for approximately two weeks.
