Kelly® is looking for a Floor Tech Supervisor to work at a prestigious university in University Circle, Cleveland, Ohio. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.39/hour

What’s a typical day as a Floor Tech Supervisor? You’ll be:
- Overseeing and performing specialized cleaning procedures, including care for carpets, hard surfaces, soft/rubber flooring, and upholstery.
- Ensuring proper equipment maintenance and safe handling of chemicals as per university safety protocols.
- Performing and supervising carpet and upholstery maintenance, including inspecting and identifying various types of materials, stains, and conditions.
- Conducting hard floor restoration tasks using equipment like pressure sprayers, auto-scrubbers, buffers, and burnishers.
- Leading and supervising a team of 5 special project tech employees for timely and safe execution of tasks.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of floor care experience (must-have) and 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred).
- Possess a valid Ohio driver’s license free of significant violations and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Are flexible with shift availability, including potential changes and emergency hours.
