Operations Project Manager
On-Site | Memphis, TN
Contract (1 Year Minimum)
As Operations Project Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives and enterprise-level projects for internal or external customers. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, enhance customer relationships, and ensure successful project execution by aligning goals, timelines, and performance metrics with business objectives
- Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation through completion.
- Build and guide cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and KPIs.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors.
- Track resource capacity and manage time allocations.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including capital expenditures and cost analysis.
- Report on project performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.
- Communicate effectively across teams and leadership.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and delivering results.
- This role is based in Memphis, TN, reporting to leadership in Albuquerque, NM, and collaborating with stakeholders across the U.S.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a CM, ODM or OEM
- Experience launching new operation sites, including facilities readiness, equipment procurement and process implementation
- Experience in project management in manufacturing
