Packaging Associate – Full-Time | Mansfield, MA
Monday–Friday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $16.25/hr

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $17.25
Join our team in Mansfield, MA as a Packaging Associate on our 1st shift or 2nd shift. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to be part of a growing company that values hard work, teamwork, and employee growth.


What You’ll Do:

  • Pick and pack products accurately based on order requirements.

  • Ensure all items are packed safely and labeled correctly for shipping.

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.

  • Keep your workstation clean and organized.

  • Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.

  • Report any discrepancies or safety concerns to your supervisor.

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.

  • Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is a plus but not required.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment is helpful.

  • Clean Shaven.
