Now Hiring: Pickers & Packers – 12-Hour Shifts (Day & Night)
Location: Mansfield, MA
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Temp-to-Hire
- Day Shift: 7am-7pm $16.25/hr
- Night Shift: 7pm-7am $17.25/hr
Built-in 3-day weekends – never work more than 3 days in a row!
We are currently hiring Pickers and Packers to join a reliable and safety-focused manufacturing team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. The facility is clean and organized, with areas that may feel warm due to operating ovens used in plastic production—all required PPE is provided to ensure comfort and safety.

Job Duties:
Pickers:
- Inspect products as they exit the machine
- Count and place items into boxes accurately
- Monitor product quality and report any issues
Packers:
- Palletize finished boxes for shipment
- Use a pallet jack to move product
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
Dress Code & Safety Gear:
- Must wear closed-toe shoes (sneakers or work boots recommended)
- Hair nets, earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, and PPE jackets are provided and required
- Knee-length shorts are permitted
- No nail polish, acrylic nails, or false eyelashes allowed
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable in a warm production area with safety gear
- Reliable transportation to and from Mansfield, MA
- Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols
