About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Associate (w/ Forklift) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various duties including receiving, shipping, customer pick-ups, and inventory management. This role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency and accuracy while contributing to maintaining a tidy and organized warehouse environment.

Location: Downingtown, PA
Shift: 1st shift 8AM – 5PM (1 hour lunch break)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive stocking orders, stage inventory, and coordinate outbound shipments.
Collaborate with our Field Sales Representative to coordinate customer pick-ups for local customers.
Manage inventory transactions and maintain paperwork for both receiving and shipping.
Prepare rental equipment when necessary.
Pack special assortment products as required.
Ensure the warehouse remains orderly, organized, and clean at all times.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:
Must possess the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
High School Diploma
1 year minimum of warehouse experience
Familiarity with basic warehouse systems and proficient computer skills.
A work history demonstrating a track record of dependability is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of warehouse associate experience.
Experience operating a forklift and automatic shrink-wrapping machine.
