Position Description:
Assist communications & training team with all items related to I-ERP communications, engagements and training , including (but not limited to): • Creation of communication strategies and plans • Global end-user engagement strategies • Tracking and metricsDevelopment of internal communications for Purchasing and cross-functional counterpartsDevelopment of internal communications for leadership • Review and refinement of content developed by the team • Lead and develop scripting and logistics of the Tek Talks podcast and I-ERP Minute podcasts • Input to Corporate engagement strategies • Input to external (and public) communication strategies • Support the team to deliver impactful and inspiring content with an element of storytelling Training : Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curriculum for various IERP courses • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and Ms Team, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiences Primary Skills Required: Communication management and strategic planning including developing Newsletter and podcasts Primary Skills Preferred: Developing and managing training contents Experience Required: Well versed in developing and executing training programs Experience Preferred: Strong PowerPoint/Word and excel skills including managing SharePoint and running online survey EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor degree Education Preferred: Master preferred Additional Information: Right now, Hybrid but be flexible if the company direction changes.
