$24.00 – $30.00/hr (or higher DOE)
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
About the Role
Hiring for a precision machining company serving aerospace, defense, and space industries, is seeking skilled CNC Mill and Lathe Machinists to join our team. You will be responsible for machine setup, operation, and inspection of high-quality parts in a clean and organized shop environment.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes

Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions

Measure and inspect machined parts using gauges and precision tools

Run multiple machines when required

Perform minor machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area

Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Qualifications
-
1–3+ years of CNC machining experience

Strong blueprint reading and part inspection skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or GED
-
Must meet ITAR employment requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Preferred Experience
-
Programming with GibbsCAM or Mastercam
-
Manual mill, lathe, and surface grinder operation
-
Experience with various metals and alloys
-
Documented quality training or LEAN manufacturing knowledge
