Location: Minnetonka, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

What You’ll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be involved in various aspects of the production process, including:
- Operating and troubleshooting equipment
- Moving materials and finished products
- Preparing for changeovers
- Monitoring automated production
- Set up and operate the regrind process.
- Accurately enter production data into databases, forms, and logs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize scrap.
- Work effectively within a team to meet production goals.
- Monitor product quality and adjust process parameters as needed.
- Frequently lift and bend to manipulate materials.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in machine operation
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
