Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a PERMANENT Talent Advisor (HR Generalist) to work at a premier client in Grantsville, UT. Sound like something you’re interested in? Pay: $25 / hr – $27 / hr
Hours: 11 am – 8 pm or 10 am or 7 pm

What’s a typical day as a Talent Advisor? You’ll be:
• Implementing programs to improve employee engagement, performance, and development
• Promoting redeployment and retention strategies within the organization.
• Ensuring effective communication and resolving talent issues to maintain operational efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Bring 4+ years of experience in staffing or vendor management, with a strong understanding of HR and staffing practices.
• Are proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based ATS/sales technology.
