At Kelly®, we’re seeking Production Associates to work at Ferrero/Fannie May in North Canton, OH! Join a clean, bright, and air-conditioned facility where you’ll support one of the most iconic names in chocolate and confections—Ferrero / Fannie May!

Pay & Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday -Friday

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM OR 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (8 or 10 hours)
  

• $17.00/hr | $25.50/hr overtime

2nd Shift: Monday -Friday

• 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM OR 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM (10 hours)
  

• $17.50/hr | $26.25/hr overtime
  

• $250 Sign on bonus (2nd shift only)

Overtime:

• OT available on Saturdays for both shifts
  

• Must be able to work 9–10 hours/day during peak season

Referral Bonus: Earn $250 when your referral completes 160 hours on assignment!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up the production line for daily operations
  

• Perform visual quality checks for color, size, shape, weight, and decoration
  

• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
  

• Verify labels and ensure accuracy
  

• Assist with end-of-shift cleanup to maintain a safe, organized workspace

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  

• Some experience in manufacturing or production preferred (beginner to intermediate level)
  

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
  

• Steel-toed or composite safety shoes

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  

• Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing
  

• Repetitive manual tasks throughout your shift
