Location: Rochester, NY
Temporary, with potential for long-term opportunity
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 6:30AM – 3PM
Mandatory overtime required during peak seasons = Extra Cash During Peak Seasons!

In this role, you’ll perform a variety of tasks including collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping. Ideal candidates are reliable, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production operations with tasks such as collation, labeling, binning, and verifying
- Assist with quality control and preparing orders for shipment
- Communicate delays or issues to leads or supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Meet daily production goals and timelines
- Participate in overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist in different areas as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to sit, stand, walk frequently, and bend occasionally
- Comfortable working in a production/factory environment
