What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative I? You’ll be:
Customer-Focused
- Handling inbound and outbound calls using standard scripts and screens
- Assessing customer needs and escalating complex issues when necessary
- Actively listening and providing knowledgeable, empathetic responses
Problem-Solving
- Utilizing problem-solving techniques to resolve customer inquiries
- Balancing efficiency with quality standards in a fast-paced setting
Systems and Documentation
- Navigating multiple computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Completing customer registrations and updating account information
- Performing contract-related research and documentation tasks
Product Knowledge and Team Support
- Staying up to date on company products and services to suggest alternatives
- Collaborating with team members to support customer satisfaction
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of experience in an office or customer service environment
- Basic proficiency in computer operations and data entry
- A respectful, team-oriented attitude and the ability to communicate clearly
- Flexibility to work within operating hours and availability for occasional overtime
- Willingness to be onsite and camera-ready for virtual interviews or meetings
