Now Hiring: Machine Operator
Location: Rochester, NY
Temporary, with potential for long-term opportunity
Pay: $17.00 – $17.50/hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Mandatory overtime required during peak seasons = Extra cash during busy times!

In this role, you will operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality products. You will also support production tasks such as inspecting, packaging, labeling, and quality control. Candidates should be flexible and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machines
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and inspecting products on the production line
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Communicate production delays or equipment issues to supervisors
- Participate in overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required – training provided for motivated candidates
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to be flexible and assist in different production tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Able to sit, stand frequently, and bend occasionally
- Comfortable working in a factory/production environment
