A Shift: Production Associate – 1st Shift | $16.00/hr | Lima, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Paid Training
Are you ready to launch your manufacturing career? We’re hiring motivated individuals for the 1st shift at our clean, well-organized facility near Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls. No prior experience? No problem! We provide paid, hands-on training so you can learn on the job.
Shift & Pay:
- Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | $16.00/hr
Your Responsibilities:
- Feed and unload production machines, handling materials safely
- Operate assembly and lamination equipment accurately
- Inspect, label, and package products, ensuring quality standards
- Record production and inspection data as required
- Maintain cleanliness in your work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with your team to identify process improvements
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation (facility not accessible by bus)
- Ability to stand, move, and use your hands throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions in English
- Dependable with good attendance and a team-oriented attitude
