Machine Operator – 3rd Shift | $18.40/hr | Lima, NY
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Paid Training
Looking for overnight work with steady hours and hands-on training? Start your career on the 2nd shift and then transition to the overnight schedule at our clean, organized facility near Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls. Ideal for recent grads or mechanically inclined candidates.
Shift & Pay:
- Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM | $18.40/hr
Your Role:
- Operate and maintain production and packaging machinery
- Inspect, label, and package products with attention to quality
- Assist with production tasks including quality checks and shipping
- Maintain accurate production records and a clean work area
- Complete initial training on 2nd shift before moving to overnight hours
- Work closely with your team to meet production targets
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation (carpooling options welcome; no bus access)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable attendance and team-oriented mindset
